Please note shipping and handling times found on select product pages and during the checkout process. Due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, some items may take longer than others. We work to keep our customers up to date with all shipping and handling related matters. Shipping methods vary depending on location and products ordered. The USPS is currently our preferred shipping method.

The College Points' online storefront uses safe and secure payment processing platforms. These platforms include Square and PayPal. All data is transmitted encrypted via a secure TLS connection. Our store currently accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Not satisfied with your order? We're more than happy to accept returns. We accept returns within 14 days of your order arriving to your address. Contact us at contact@thecollegepoints.com and we'll begin the return process. If you're based in the United States or Canada, you'll never have to pay for return shipping. We refund your order upon receiving your returned product(s).
